Written Assessment First
Before we touch a movement, we document what we find and share it with you. You agree to the work in writing before it begins.
Clear, Fixed Pricing
Our three services have published prices. If any additional parts are needed, that cost is agreed separately before we proceed — never added quietly at collection.
A Single Specialist
Your watch is handled by one trained watchmaker — not passed between counter staff, not dispatched to an offsite centre. You know exactly who is doing the work.
No Obligation After Assessment
Once we have assessed your watch, you are free to take it back with no work done. We will not press you to continue. The findings are yours to keep.
Labour Warranty on Service Work
Completed servicing carries a warranty on our work. If an issue related to our service arises within the warranty period, we address it at no additional charge.
Timing Machine Verification
Every serviced movement is tested on a timing machine. The result is recorded in your service documentation so you leave knowing the watch is running within an acceptable range.

Watchmaking is not a skill acquired over a weekend. The movements we work on — from basic manual-winds to complex automatics — contain dozens of components, each of which must be correctly cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted. Our watchmaker has spent more than a decade developing that knowledge, and it shows in the care taken at each stage.
We work only on watches. That focus means we are not trying to be a general repair shop, a jeweller, or a phone service centre. A specialist sees more watches and encounters more variations — which means fewer surprises and better judgement about what a movement actually needs.

A Clear and Straightforward Process
Our process is designed to keep you informed at every stage without overwhelming you with detail. You bring or send the watch, we assess it, we explain what we found, and we agree what happens next. Nothing proceeds without your knowledge.
The paperwork is minimal but important: a written assessment before work, and a service record after. Those documents give you a clear picture of the watch's condition and what was done — useful whether you are keeping the piece for decades or eventually passing it on.
Service & Value
Honest Pricing, Personalised Attention
Our service prices are fixed and published so there are no surprises. The starting price for a basic service is ฿4,400, a hand and dial service ฿8,500, and a comprehensive restoration from ฿14,600. Parts, if required, are always discussed and agreed before they are used.
Because we handle one watch at a time with full attention, we can speak to you personally about the piece rather than relying on a ticketing system. You are not a reference number in a queue — you are the person whose watch we are currently thinking about.

Transparent Restoration Planning
For restorations, we prepare a written plan that describes each stage of the work, the components to be addressed, and the expected outcome. You review and agree to it before a single screw is turned.
Respect for Original Character
We discuss patina and original finish before any cosmetic work. Many owners want their watch to look its age — and that is a perfectly valid preference we are glad to honour rather than override.
Plain Language Throughout
We explain what we found and what we did in ordinary terms. No assumption that you know what a pallet fork is. No technical shorthand that leaves you wondering what you actually paid for.
Arrangements for Remote Customers
For owners outside Nakhon Ratchasima, we can discuss careful postal or courier arrangements. Your watch is handled as securely in transit as it is on the workbench.
